Three Phase Electric Motor

Three-phase motors are commonly used AC motors and are widely applied due to their simple structure, reliability, and high efficiency. They utilize three-phase alternating current to generate a rotating magnetic field in the stator, causing the rotor to induce a current that generates an electromagnetic torque for rotation. The rotational speed is related to the power frequency and the number of pole pairs. It is mainly composed of a stator (including a core and windings) and a rotor (squirrel-cage type or wound type). It has a wide power coverage, with an efficiency exceeding 70%, a power factor of 0.8 to 0.95. It operates stably and has a low maintenance cost, making it suitable for various scenarios such as industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, and transportation.
